We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 21 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Binding Arbitration: You and Noree LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the website, or the purchase of any products shall be resolved through mandatory, binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law, except that either party may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
Arbitration Rules and Venue: The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration hearings will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or through remote video or teleconference if mutually agreed upon.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND NOREE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 23 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 24 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

SECTION 25 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. You and Noree LLC consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

SECTION 26 - HEADINGS
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 27 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Noree Showerhead, beauty products, and bundles (each, an "item"). That's why we offer a 60-day return policy backed by a money-back guarantee on your original purchase, giving you 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

You can return your item even if you've installed or used it — we understand you may need to try your product to decide if it's right for you. Normal wear from trying your product is completely fine, and items do not need to be in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased directly from us at noreebeauty.com. Items bought through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not covered by this policy and must be returned according to that seller's return policy.

To be eligible for a full, free return, the item must not show signs of user damage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or misuse outside the product's intended guidelines. Items returned with physical damage caused by the customer may be rejected, or refunded in part based on the extent of the damage.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intent to return the item within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days from delivery, returns and refunds can no longer be accepted. Once you've notified us, you have 15 business days to postmark and ship the item back to us.

Replacement Filters and Subscriptions

This 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your original Noree Showerhead, beauty product, and bundle purchases. It does not apply to replacement filters purchased on their own, including those received through a recurring subscription order — those are not eligible for return or refund under this policy, except as described under "Damages and Issues" below.

Filters purchased as part of a bundle (for example, a showerhead-and-filter bundle) are covered by the money-back guarantee as part of that bundle. If you return a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned together.

Returning your showerhead, beauty product, or bundle does not automatically cancel an active filter replacement subscription. To stop future charges, you must separately cancel your subscription through your account portal or by contacting us at support@noreebeauty.com. See our Subscription Policy for details on managing or canceling your subscription.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@noreebeauty.com and wait for confirmation that your return can be processed. Once confirmed, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label that covers the full cost of return shipping, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns will need to be sent to:

Noree
500 N Estrella Pkwy
Ste B2 Box 251
Goodyear, AZ 85338

Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving confirmation from Noree will not be accepted or refunded.

You can always contact us at support@noreebeauty.com with any questions about your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your showerhead, beauty product, bundle, or replacement filter is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This defect exception applies regardless of the 60-day money-back guarantee's scope, and covers replacement filters as well as showerheads, beauty products, and bundles.

Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible, please contact us at support@noreebeauty.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you're within the 60-day return window and would like a different item, please contact us to start a return of the item you no longer want, and place a separate order for the new item once your return is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 10 business days whether your refund has been approved in full, refunded in part, or denied. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method automatically. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A return may be denied, or refunded only in part, if:

The item is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation; or
We do not receive proof of purchase, or you did not notify us of your return request within 60 days of delivery; or
The item was not purchased directly from us at noreebeauty.com.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and issued your refund, but you still don't see the funds in your account or credited to your card, please contact us at support@noreebeauty.com.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Noree LLC ("Noree"), including one-time purchases and subscription orders.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of being placed. Subscription orders are processed on their scheduled billing date. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic shipping (United States):

Standard shipping: $5.00, free on orders over $70
Express shipping: $25.00
Subscription orders: Your first order (including any starter kit or device) ships free. Recurring refill orders ship free as well when you're subscribed.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Noree.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Subscription orders will also generate a tracking email at the time each recurring shipment is sent.

Address accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date, including for recurring subscription orders, which can be updated at any time through your account portal. Noree is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments: If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@noreebeauty.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you, consistent with our Terms of Service.

This policy applies to customers in all U.S. states.

Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

By selecting a subscription option, you authorize Noree LLC ("Noree") to automatically charge your payment method on file according to the frequency selected (e.g., every 90 days) until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost and with no minimum number of shipments required, by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel subscription" in the Subscriptions tab of your account portal. You may also skip an upcoming order or change your delivery frequency at any time from the same portal. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled order — no further charges will be made once canceled, and no partial refund is issued for the current billing period already processed.

Changes to your subscription: Quantity, frequency, product, and shipping address can be updated at any time through your account portal prior to the next processing date.

Upcoming order reminders: Before each recurring charge, you will receive an email reminder in advance of the scheduled order date, giving you the opportunity to review, delay, skip, or cancel before you are charged.

Price changes: Noree reserves the right to update subscription pricing for future orders. Any price change to your subscription will be reflected in your upcoming order reminder email, sent in advance of the order date, giving you the opportunity to cancel or modify your subscription before the new price is charged.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, Noree will make reasonable attempts to retry the charge and will notify you by email during this process. Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully collected.

This policy applies to customers in all U.S. states.
